Countdown star Rachel Riley, 33, expressed her excitement for the return of Game Of Thrones’ season eight in view of her 633,000 Twitter followers. Excitedly smiling as she sat on the throne, the presenter showcased her jaw-dropping pins while sporting a white-lace dress and silver stilettos. Adding to her glamorous display, she wore her blonde tresses in bouncy curls and opted for a shiny lipgloss.Rachel shared the picture ahead of the show’s return with the caption: “I know what I’m doing tonight!!!!

“Finally, it’s time…! #GamesOfThrones #GoTS8.”

Many of Rachel’s fans flocked to her page to comment on the upload.

One user wrote: “Not At All Jealous!!”

Rachel also shared the picture to her Instagram page with 372,000 followers, in which she received further comments.

Back in February, Rachel said she was left “starstruck” after meeting Game Of Thrones’ Kit Harington, 32, who plays Jon Snow.

She crossed paths with the actor at a Manchester United game and took to Instagram to share the evidence.

The maths whizz could be seen smiling as Kit placed his arm around the beauty.

Rachel commented: “United royalty! As my Dad’s always told me, all the best ones are reds…#manchesterunited #mufc #gameofthrones #kitharrington #jonsnow.”

Last year, Rachel also revealed she would love Emilia Clarke, 32, who plays Daenerys Targaryen, to play her in a movie.

During a chat with her Countdown co-star Nick Hewer, 75, the latter asked her who she would choose to portray her life in a film, to which she admitted she had a list.

She replied: “Oh, I’ve got a list; Jennifer Lawrence, quite happy with that.

“Emilia Clarke, Emma Stone, Margot Robbie and I really like Natalie Portman as well. She went to Harvard and she published two scientific papers. Nice Jewish girl.

“Any of those will do if it ever happens!” she added.

Countdown airs weekdays on Channel 4 from 2.10pm.
